PDN Nurse Weekend / Day Shift (Donna)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable Private Duty Nurse (RN/LVN) to provide in-home care for a low-acuity pediatric patient in the Donna area. This role includes weekend day shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring the patient’s health, documenting medical changes, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have pediatric experience, strong communication skills, and a heart for supporting families through dedicated one-on-one care.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Administer routine medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document vital signs (e.g., temperature, heart rate) and overall patient condition.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Provide basic developmental support (e.g., engaging in age-appropriate play, encouraging milestones).
  • Manage stable feeding tubes or oxygen delivery systems (if applicable).
  • Document care activities and report minor changes in condition to the care team.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to maintain a consistent daily routine.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the child.

PDN Nurse Weekday / Day Shift (Mission)

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Private Duty Nurse to provide specialized in-home care for a high-acuity pediatric patient in the Mission area. This weekday, day shift role requires advanced clinical skills to manage complex medical needs, including continuous monitoring, ventilator/tracheostomy care (if applicable), and administering critical interventions. Responsibilities include coordinating closely with physicians, documenting changes in condition, and ensuring strict adherence to care plans. Ideal candidates will have prior high-acuity pediatric experience, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform advanced clinical care for medically complex patients (e.g., ventilator/tracheostomy management, IV medication administration).
  • Continuously monitor and respond to critical vital signs (e.g., oxygen saturation, cardiac rhythms).
  • Implement emergency interventions during medical crises (e.g., seizures, respiratory distress).
  • Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment (e.g., ventilators, feeding pumps, suction machines).
  • Administer high-risk medications (e.g., IV antibiotics, emergency seizure rescue drugs).
  • Coordinate closely with physicians, specialists, and therapists to adjust care plans in real time.
  • Document detailed, real-time changes in the patient’s condition and communicate urgent updates to the medical team.
  • Train and educate family members on emergency protocols and complex care procedures.

RN Case Manager

Position Overview

We are searching for a devoted RN case manager to coordinate and advocate for our patients’ care. To this end, the RN case manager will be required to review patients’ charts, and to meet with families and healthcare providers to establish the most suitable course of action. You should remain in contact with patients during these and subsequent processes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conducting intake assessments with patients and families.
  • Ensuring that families feel sufficiently equipped and supported.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans that account for physical, financial, and other constraints.
  • Adjusting treatment protocols, as needed.
  • Suggesting and coordinating appropriate follow-up services to promote wellness.
  • Meeting with members of healthcare teams to discuss patients’ progress, and to deliberate on appropriate care.
  • Checking to see whether patients have sufficient insurance coverage or finances to pay for their treatment.
  • Devising innovative solutions or suggesting appropriate referrals for patients who cannot afford to access treatment.

HR Clerk

Position Overview

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This position handles all HR related administrative tasks, maintains up-to-date employee records, and provides general support to the HR team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Collect and maintain employee files, such as applications, resumes, and other documents
  • Assist with recruiting, including scheduling interviews and verifying references.
  • Perform data entry and filing of all HR related documents
  • Assist with HR projects, such as creating employee handbooks and updating job descriptions
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
